The short version
- We ask for your information only when you request a yard sign or offer to volunteer.
- We use your address to deliver a sign. That is it.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not run advertising or remarketing trackers on this site.
- Donations are handled by Zeffy, not by us. We never see your card number.
- Montana law requires us to publicly report certain donor information. That part is not private, and we explain it below.
- We delete yard sign and volunteer information after the election unless you ask us to stay in touch.

This website is operated by The WildPAC, a ballot issue committee supporting the Columbia Falls High School bond on the September 29, 2026 ballot.

What we collect
When you fill out a form
The yard sign and volunteer forms on this site ask for:

We also record which button you used, so we know whether you want a sign or want to volunteer. We do not ask for your date of birth, your party, your voter registration status, or anything about your household.
When you simply visit
We use Google Analytics to count how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It tells us things like how many people opened the story or watched the video. It sets cookies in your browser and shares your IP address and general location with Google. It does not tell us who you are by name.
Why we ask for your address
Only so a volunteer can bring a yard sign to your house. We do not use it to look you up in the voter file, we do not build a map of who supports the bond, and we do not add you to a mailing list because of it. Once the signs are out and the election is over, we delete it.
How we use what you share
- To answer you, and to deliver the sign you asked for.
- To coordinate volunteer shifts, if you offered to help.
- To send occasional campaign updates before the September 29, 2026 election, if you gave us your email or phone. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can reply STOP to any text.
We do not use it for anything else.
Who else can see it
A few companies help us run this site. They only handle what they need to, and they are not allowed to use your information for their own purposes.

Form submissions are also readable by the committee members who run the campaign.
Donations, and the part that is public by law
When you donate, you leave this site and go to Zeffy, which handles the payment. We never see or store your card or bank information. Zeffy has its own privacy policy covering what it collects.
Please read this part before you give. Montana law requires ballot issue committees to file public campaign finance reports. Once a person's total contributions pass the amount set by state law, the committee must report that donor's name, address, occupation, and employer. Those reports are posted in a public, searchable state database.
This is required of every political committee in Montana, and it is not something we can opt out of or keep confidential. Anonymous political contributions are illegal in Montana. If you would like to know the current reporting threshold before you give, contact us or see the Montana Commissioner of Political Practices.
Requesting a yard sign or volunteering is not a contribution and does not appear on those reports.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
- We do not share our supporter list with other campaigns, political parties, candidates, or the school district.
- We do not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, or audience building tools on this site. There is no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads tag, and no third party ad network here.
- We do not try to identify individual visitors from analytics data.
We made a deliberate choice here. Visiting a site about a school bond, or asking for a yard sign, can reveal how a person is likely to vote. That deserves careful handling, so this site avoids the ad tracking that many campaign sites use. If that ever changes, we will update this page before turning anything on.
Cookies and how to opt out
The only cookies this site sets are the ones Google Analytics uses to count visits. The site does not need cookies to work, and there is nothing to log into.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website by installing Google's browser opt out add on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use private browsing. The site will work normally either way.
Links to other places
This site links out to Facebook, the Zeffy donation page, the Wildcat Connection podcast, the Montana voter portal, the Flathead County Election Department, and the county district map. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else's website and their privacy policy applies, not ours. Facebook in particular tracks its users across the web, and we have no control over that.
How long we keep things
- Yard sign and volunteer information: deleted within 90 days after the September 29, 2026 election, unless you have asked us to keep you posted about future school issues.
- Campaign finance records: kept as long as Montana law requires, because the state requires committees to maintain them.
- Analytics: retained by Google under its standard retention settings and not tied to your name.
Seeing, correcting, or deleting your information
Email yes4cfhs@gmail.com and ask. You can request a copy of what we have, ask us to fix something, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask us to delete you entirely. We will confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
The one thing we cannot undo is a campaign finance report that has already been filed with the state, since those are public records.
Children
This site is meant for voters, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on the site.
